SCA supporting Ardagh with S&OP

The Supply Chain Academy recently held a successful bespoke ‘Sales & Operational Planning’ course in Norwich for manufacturing giant, Ardagh Group.

The Group manufactures packaging and operates globally through two business  divisions, Glass and Metal, with a combined turnover of €7.7 billion

Ashley Macleod, Supply Chain Manager at Ardagh Group –Norwich said:

The interactive programme was delivered on a Saturday to avoid work challenges and provided the team with knowledge in:

• S&OP processes and their purpose
• the determination of SOP outputs and performance indicators
• the role of S&OP and decision making
• the stages of the S&OP process and their implementation; planning values and measures
• the integration of S&OP into a business
